Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@holistichoney.ca with your order number. Customers cover return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Damaged or incorrect orders? Contact us within 5 days with photos so we can make it right.

Due to hygiene and freshness, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products.
