About the Founder

Hi, I’m Anna-Krystyna Stasiuk, the heart and hands behind Holistic Honey Apothecary.

I’ve always been highly sensitive - to energy, to the world around me, and to everything I put on my skin. That sensitivity is a gift, and it taught me to pay attention to what truly nourishes and heals.

From blending oils, balms, and elixirs for family and friends, Holistic Honey grew into a ritual-filled apothecary. Every creation reflects my journey: honoring nature’s medicine, studying ancestral traditions, and crafting self-care as a form of devotion.

I hope these blends remind you that sensitivity is a superpower, self-care is sacred, and beauty begins within - all while reconnecting you to the rhythm of nature and the wisdom of the past.
