In the days leading up to Valentine’s Day, we invite you to turn inward and tend to the most important relationship of all – the one with yourself.

This intimate gathering is a gentle evening of ritual, presence, and self-devotion. We will begin with a mindful tea ceremony, allowing the body to soften and the senses to awaken. From there, you’ll be guided through the creation of your own custom essential oil roll-on – a personal blend crafted with intention, intuition, and care, designed to support your unique version of self-love.
We’ll then transition together to the Cocoon, a beautiful meditation space next door, where you’ll be guided through a nourishing self-love meditation using your freshly created oil as an anchor for grounding and connection.

You’ll leave with:
• Your own custom essential oil roll-on
• A deeper sense of calm and presence
• A simple ritual you can return to again and again

This workshop is limited to 10 participants to keep the experience intimate and intentional.
